Anoche precisamente estaba mezclando otra canción para estrenar en mi página.  La verdad es que siempre encuentro cosas que quiero cambiarle después de que ya he decidido que está terminada de grabar.

Si por mí fuera nunca la estrenaría canciones por los cambios que veo que necesitan.  Creo que con la revolución digital que se ha prestado para que cualquier músico grabe música, puede que se llegue una etapa cuando uno pueda "actualizar" sus canciones, de la misma manera que la compañías de programas de computadora hacen sus "Updates".

Es más, a menos que descargues mis canciones y luego hicieras comparaciones con lo que está en mi página ahorita, nunca te darías cuenta que hice cambios, y menos que fueran para mejorar el sonido de la canción.

Si es verdad que a veces llego a grabar hasta 5 versiones diferentes de una canción, solo cambiando totalmente la estructura podrían darse cuenta de los cambios.

Entonces no ha de ser mala idea hacerle un "Update" a mis canciones mientras no estén imprimidas en un disco oficialmente.

Es muy interesante lidiar con todo esto y divertido y más si alguien se da cuenta de que hubo cambios.  Admito que ha habido cambios en algunas canciones, pero la mayoría nunca sabrán que se cambió...

Just last night precisely I was mixing another song to release in my site.  Truthfully i always find something to change, even after i have decided that the recording is finished.

If it was up to me I would never release any songs due to the changes I feel I should make.  With the digital revolucion giving any musician the ability to record at will, and actually "update" songs in the same maner as a software company does.

Unless you download my songs and then compare them to the actual versions currently on my page, it would be impossible for anyone to know if any changes have taken place, especially if it was tweaked to improve sound quality.

It's true, sometimes I record up to 5 different versions of a song and only changing the structure totally, or style would anyone know if I'm switching versions.

Maybe it's not such a bad idea "upgrading" the songs as long as they're not oficially printed on a CD album.

It is so much fun dealing with this dilema, especially when someone does find out I made changes. OK, I admit it there have been changes but most of you will never know where.
